Position Objective

The Student Support Department (SSD) is looking for a highly qualified Special Education Teacher with previous experience in delivering individualized intervention to join our team of multidisciplinary professionals. Job Description

• Perform full spectrum of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties;
• AP function which includes data entry of supplier invoices, process payments and suppliers reconciliation;
• AR function include data entry of all receipts;
• Maintain petty cash float and reimbursement of staff claims;
• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet schedules;
• Preparation of audit schedules and liaising with external auditor during annual audit;
• Prepare monthly journal entries for accruals, deferred income, depreciation etc, ensuring all transactions are properly supported with documentation;
• Assist with performing month-end and year-end accounts closing activities;
• Assist walk-in Cash Donation;
• Maintenance of fixed assets register, performance of sighting, asset tagging and updating of fixed assets promptly;
• Coordinate the local cheque and cash bank-in process on weekly or bi-monthly;
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent;
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting & finance;
• Strong understanding of accounting principles;
• Ability to work independently with high degree of accuracy and efficiency;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• Must be initiative, multi-tasking, hardworking and meets tight deadlines;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and words);
• Hand-on experience in cloud accounting systems such as Xero would be an advantage;
• Good interpersonal, communication and ability to work under pressure;
• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred;
• Immediate available is preferred;
• Singaporean and candidates have full working rights for Singapore.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Dealing with matters related to corporate CSR activities such as:Handling all initial calls and email queries.
  Scheduling of all CSR activities for corporates and groups.
  Pre-briefing of volunteers for CSR activities.
  Meeting and coordinating with CSR groups for on-site volunteer activities.
  Issuing of appreciation letters for attendance.
  
• Managing incoming food donations from groups and corporates:Handling all initial calls and email queries.
  Presentations to the groups/corporates about the food donation drive.
  Scheduling with internal logistics team to facilitate corporate food donations.
  Creating, updating, and communicating the toolkit for food donation drives.
  Consolidating food donation reports.
  Issuing appreciation letters for donations.
  
• Monthly reports on CSR collaborations and food donation drive numbers.
• Coordinating sponsorships of food packs that involve packing and distribution.
• Promote interested parties about FFTH for collaboration, sponsorships, and other matters.
• Handling drop-in donors, both individual and groups, with the delivery and recording.
• On call with mobile line to answer queries from volunteers and donors about related matters.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in any related field

Job Description

• Loading and sorting of packages at Central Kitchen / Tai Seng Office prior to delivery
• Assist event team to do packing in Central Kitchen / Tai Seng office for events
• Setup and Tear-down of events at different locations when needed
• Perform timely pickups and deliveries for the company-assigned areas
• Drive company vehicles for delivery and events operations
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness of delivery vehicle

Job Requirements

• Valid Class 3 Driving License, need to be familiar with Singapore routes
• Prefers have working experience in F&B
• Prefers to hold a recognized Basic food hygienic certification

• Able to work weekends and public holidays when event operation needed
• Unable to drive company vehicle back home; start and end your day at Tai Seng office

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience with a Main Con for residential projects.
• Candidates with knowledge in Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) Conditions of Contract, REDAS, FIDIC, FIDIC Short Form of Contracts will be an added advantage.

Job Description:-

• Provide equipment support to production including preventive maintenance, repair, replacement, communications with suppliers
• Provide facility support including new installations, repair and replacement of damaged components
• Ensure PM activities are carried out according to PM Schedule
• Arrange Calibration activities with Supplier, perform internal verification
