Part of our company expansion plan, we are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to join our team. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales and marketing strategy.

Job Role

1) Identifying new business opportunities in Southeast Asia regional market.

2) Developing and executing business development strategies to achieve company goals.

3) Implementing initiatives, increase sales and market presence.

4) Drive Retail Business growth and other performance metrics in their assigned markets.

5) Create Long term global business strategies.

6) Analysis on campaigns and marketing events to assist in determining overall efficiency and Return on Investment.

7) Prioritize and align with company KPIs

8) Able to accept extensive travelling arrangement, or station in oversea office.

Qualification

1) At least 5 years’ experience in lingerie business management setting in retail sector and demonstrated leadership ability

2) Experience in building and developing new teams supporting strategic initiatives, and new market business development.

3) Excellent communication skills with business customers, operations, merchandising and leadership team.

4) Strong interpersonal skills and team player.

5) Able to think creatively, result oriented and displays consistent performance.

6) Language skills, reading and writing both English and Mandarin proficiency is a must to communicate with the stakeholders.

7) Bachelor Degree holder in International Marketing and Business

Job Description

• Assist clients in understanding personal loan products and determine the best options based on their financial needs.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information on loan terms, conditions, and repayment schedules.
• Manage the loan application process from start to finish, including documentation and initial credit assessments.
• Ensure all loan applications meet company policies and regulatory requirements, collaborating with the compliance team as needed.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure prompt approval and disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients through ongoing communication and support.
• Address and resolve client inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Proactively reach out to potential clients, promote loan products, and encourage referrals from satisfied clients.
• Meet monthly targets for loan disbursements while upholding a commitment to responsible lending practices.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and loan statuses.
• Ensure full compliance with Singapore’s money lending regulations and company policies.
• Work with Collections manager for Overdue account payments and Site visit for collections work

Job Requirements

• More than 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in a licensed moneylending background.
• Knowledge of Singapore’s lending regulations is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proactive and goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Positive attitude, resilient, and willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills for managing multiple applications.
