Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement effective procurement strategies to achieve cost-efficient purchasing and timely delivery of goods and services.
• Conduct market analysis to optimize costs and mitigate procurement risks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with internal departments, including engineering and quality teams, to ensure alignment with material and parts requirements.
• Ensure procurement activities meet company policies, technical specifications, and industry regulations.
• Oversee inventory levels to reduce excess stock, prevent shortages, and implement effective inventory management systems.
• Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and perform cost comparisons.
• Provide recommendations to management based on detailed analyses.
• Track and follow up on orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all procurement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Polytechnic Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and data management tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical parts.
• In-depth understanding of procurement best practices, market trends, and industry regulations.

As a Lamination Operator, you will operate and maintain lamination machines and equipment. You will ensure that all products meet our strict quality standards, customer specifications, delivery requirements, and quality standards. This role is critical to maintaining the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing process.

Job Description:

• to conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes in global markets;
• to develope and implement global marketing strategies effectively;
• to expand the firm's presence, brand awareness, and market share across international markets, specifically mainland China and Hong Kong;
• to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives;
• to design and oversee global marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives; and
• to define KPIs and monitor them to evaluate the success of international campaigns, reports to be submitted to company Director regularly.

Job Requirement：

• degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred);
• proven experience in marketing roles, with at least 8 years in leadership positions;
• strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies;
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
