Key Responsibilities
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate and manage resources effectively to achieve project objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Agile Practices: Facilitate agile practices such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives where applicable.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, logs, and post-project evaluations.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 1-3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a related role.
• Proven experience managing software development or IT infrastructure projects.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
