Role Name: General Manager (GM) for Envac SEA

Reporting to CEO & Regional President of Envac Region Greater China, SEA & India

Depending on the experience and qualification of the candidate, this role could start with a 6 to 12 months of transition to learn about Envac systems and operations as a Senior Project Director or Acting as a Regional COO role. After this transition, he or she will serve as an independent General Manager (GM) for SEA including Singapore and Malysia.     • Hands-on engineering business sales – designing, bidding and contract setups.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections, gather data, and coordinate with the design team for drawings.
• Verify drawings before construction, addressing customer requirements.
• Coordinate with design team, customers, and subcontractors during construction.
• Inspect and ensure quality work from subcontractors; assist Project Manager in meeting project timelines and safety standards.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, customer training, and final inspections for as-built drawings.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
• 1-3years of Project Management experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in English, computer skills, and experience with LTA projects preferred.
