· To maintain all equipment via 3d party vendor across the brands on a timely manner and as per needed in operations

• Provide a comprehensive range of electrical services, including but not limited to pulling electrical wires, installing power switches, and any other electrical works tasks
• Provide false ceiling works with customisability to meet client-specific needs and requirements in a safe and efficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients
• Abiding by all transportations laws and maintaining a safe driving record
• Daily reporting and weekly reporting to direct manager
• Other tasks, when required by the immediate supervisor

Requirement:

• Experienced in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of a ceiling fan is a bonus
• Handyman experience will be an advantage
• Ability to walk, drive, lift and carry heavy items for extended periods
• Basic command of English, spoken and written.
• A driving license is required and able to drive 10 feet lorry/van
• A minimum of 1-year experience is preferred
• Comfortable with 6 days work week (Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team in planning and execution of marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.
• Assist in managing website content, including timely publishing of new products/services and optimizing existing product listings. Inclusive of copywriting and creation of product images, standardized across multiple platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitors’ analysis on Shopee and Lazada and perform product repricing to stay relevant and competitive in the marketplace.
• Plan and create engaging marketing content on both offline retail outlets and online platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Assist to liaise with external agencies and parties for marketing initiatives and sponsorship opportunities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the superiors.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing and/or Mass Communications or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Proactive and diligent team-player with a can-do attitude.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
• Proficient in graphic and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro, etc.
• Familiarity with social media management (FB, IG, TikTok) is a plus - Experience with CMS such as Shopify is advantageous.
