• Equipment Management: Ensure security personnel have the necessary equipment (radios, uniforms, patrol vehicles, etc.) for their duties and manage their upkeep.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate security resources effectively across various sites, ensuring high-risk areas receive adequate coverage.

Qualification

• Security Officer License: At Least SSO and above
• First Aid/CPR Certification: Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is often required, as security officers are sometimes the first responders in emergencies.
• Fire Safety Certification: Some employers may require fire safety certification or knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures.
• Specialized Security Certifications (Optional): Having certifications such as Certified Security Supervisor (CSS) or Certified Protection Professional (CPP) can be an advantage.

YOUR ROLE

• Responsible for achieving country growth targets of Ground Product in line with the Ground regional & global strategy.
• Support country product and to provide Ground expertise on major opportunities to ensure that customer requirements are fully understood and integrated within solutions.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Use consultative sales process based upon “needs satisfaction selling” to sell CEVA’s Ground and Rail services to assigned / targeted accounts, to exceed budget.
• Schedule and conduct the number of sales calls per week as mandated. These sales calls are to be focused on target accounts, new business and retention of existing accounts and cold calling where appropriate.
• Maintain and manage several target accounts with opportunity for revenue all levels as approved/directed by Management in consultation with Ground BD Leadership. Visits to these target accounts should be made a minimum of once a month, with contact made via telephone, email or other means throughout the month.
• Input sales activity information into CRM. This information is to be completed as directed by Ground BD Leadership in coordination with Ground Product Leadership.
• Work with customer and operations staff to develop standard operating procedures and detailed customer profiles for each new and existing account.
• Assist customers in their inquiry concerning status of shipments with appropriate departments or overseas offices / agents.
• Prepare quotations as requested by customers and deliver them on specified date as requested for their review and analysis

The Responsibilities:

Implementation Support / Operations

· To provide support in the implementation and operation of all aspects of audio visual, video conference, display and presentation technologies used in the client’s premises.

· Assisting in the provision of support for internal and external events.

· To carry out routine testing of equipment to diagnose, log and report operational faults.

· Working with our team to assist in the diagnosis and rectification of faults to ensure that all systems are fully functional and that equipment and system down time are kept to a minimum.

· To ensure any paperwork is completed on time and filled out completely, as required.

· Support in-house Video Conferencing technology

· Clean and maintain audio and video equipment and ensure that they are stored properly

· Diagnose, test and resolve A/V equipment and media system problems as part of the regularly scheduled preventative maintenance cycle

· Operate and monitor equipment during meetings, such as sound levels, remote cameras, video playback, and webcasting

Maintenance

• Carry out regular preventative room checks, ensuring all equipment functions correctly in accordance with the room check procedure.
• To maintain records of equipment usage (when applicable), to make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment when necessary.
• Raise tickets for faults and liaise with relevant bodies for repairs of malfunctioning equipment
• Proactive maintenance/reporting to ensure all AV equipment is always of the highest standard and functioning correctly.
• Assist with first line fault repairs
• To carry out scheduled maintenance checks (room checks/power downs) and to write technical reports based on test results

The Pre-Requisites:
