I- Basic Function/General Scope of Work

The position takes overall responsibility of project management for all aspects (contract, commercial and technical) of the projects assigned. The position works closely with Project Manager so as to complete and achieve the projects’ objectives/ metrics as planned.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicating efficiently with other departments.
• Timely reconciliation of voyage results
• Preparing monthly financial reports.
• Respond to vessel owners’ queries.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Collating, preparing, interpreting, and reporting month-end financial results of each vessel
• Prepare AR report and collaborate closely with the operation team on overdue receivables
• Producing consolidated financial reports related to, account payables, account receivables, loans, expenses, etc.
• Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Shipping industry experience preferred.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Job Requirements

Primary Responsibilities & Duties

Requirements

· Recognized medical degree by Singapore Medical Council.

· Full registration with SMC.

· Possess at least 3 years of past horsemanship working experience as a medical officer (or equivalent) in the relevant discipline.

· In active clinical practice.

· Good oral and written communication skills.

· Strong interpersonal communication skills and a good team player.
