The 3D Designer will work with MSPACO, Interior Design Department on MCC Singapore on design and design & build projects for across Singapore and Asia Pacific and support the growth of our interior design capability

The 3D Designer will be responsible for all conventional aspects of creative visualization, design concepts, technical design and a design & build of a project. Plans and conducts materials selection and documentation of standard design fit-out and procedures on a project.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visualize design concepts through computer-rendered images which will be used both for the internal design process and client presentations
• Work with MSPACO to help grow the interior design business as an enabler for growth in our design capability in Singapore
• 3D Visualization, 3D Rendering, 3D Animation, 3D Studio Max, 3D, Project Management, Rendering, Residential Design, design concept, Architectural Drafting, Client Presentation, AutoCAD, Team Player, Tender Management, Tendering, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop
• Carry out work plans for each project, managing creative and technical design delivery.
• Day to day responsibility for developing design concepts, based on the programming requirements and budget parameters and coordinating project documentation.
• Preparing construction and furniture drawings and specifications.
• Reviews and/or develops specifications.
• Lead by example and model behavior consistent with the company's values.
• Perform other related duties as and when required.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Relevant and appropriate experience in design roles within reputable design firms
• Experience with workplace interiors
• Experience with FF&E
• Experience with interior design specifications
• Relevant Design and build project experience
• Experience with Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketch-UP and Adobe Suite
• Advantageous to be proficient in 3D Studio Max

Qualification, Education & Experience

• · Relevant Diploma or degree in Interior Design/ Architecture, or equivalent
• · At least 2 years of relevant working experience

• Check the quantity and quality of received products and record necessary information
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, picking and packing, ensuring orders are fulfilled, and vehicle movements
• Load and unload goods from delivery vans or trucks
• Keeping the warehouse organized, including the organizing and labelling of parts
• Ensure the cleanliness and good working order of the warehouse and equipment
• Deliver goods from the warehouse to various locations
