• Hands-on management of all Keppel DC sites to ensure that all parts of the technical Infrastructure (Systems – Windows /Domain controller, Networks and Security) supporting the Building Automation Applications and Industrial Controllers .as per KDCH OT (Operations Technology Standards) .
• Provide technical operational support on the current Technical Infrastructure supporting (VMWARE/Windows). BACKUP/Recovery and Windows Domain Controller with Integrated knowledge on OT LAN/WAN/Cyber Security Technical Controls like Firewalls Administration following proper Incident Management/Problem Management Process.
• Technical Project Management of any IT & OT initiatives (e.g., Office 365, Video conference, Industrial Controls IT for Mechanical & Electrical facility control systems & Cyber Security rollout as part of Corporate IT)
• Perform routine proactive server maintenance activities including Windows /Linux patching (both upgrades and security patches) and maintain backup/recovery.
• Maintain the updated documentations of servers/storage/Backup/DC LAN/Security/ and Configuration details. Develop processes and procedures for ongoing management of the server environment.
• Build servers/Storage/Backup/DC LAN/Desktops based on the standards and designs developed by working closely with the project team to gather and interpret specifications for Server Hardware and Software.
• Assists with input on new or upgrade server/Storage/Backup ,/DC LAN/Security projects. Support the analytical, technical, and administrative work in the planning, design, and installation of new and existing computer systems.
• Support any DC certification Process and Corporate Audit team for any certification and audit works

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology / Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or other related Engineering degrees or equivalent professional experience.
• 8-10 years In-depth experience in MS Windows, VM, ADS/Domain controller and Azure Cloud platform along MS Security products in systems Integrator or Service Provider environment
• 8 or more years of experience with the Design, Implementations and Operations critical monitoring/control systems and support for critical facilities covering the following technologies:

(i) Working knowledge and experience with an IT-OT-OT Systems in a

Critical, DATA CENTRE Environment. HP/DELL servers, Windows OS,

Domain controllers, Azure Cloud system Admin, HP/Dell Storage,

Responsible for estimating, planning and implementing networks with Vendors/Systems Integrators on the DC IT systems hosting OT Applications, Administration and operations of Windows/ADS IT systems, Server & Storage (VMWARE), Enterprise Backup/Recovery Software operations knowledge.

• Proven experience in sales and marketing (preferably in the cycling or sports industry).

1. Use waxing and electrolysis to remove facial and body hair

1. Responsible in assisting the Operations Manager in daily running and management;

2. To supervise the activities carried out by the Cleaning Staff which will include training, instructing and managing work flow;

3. To undertake, as a part of the team, the cleaning of designated areas to ensure that they are kept clean and hygienic for the public;

4. To ensure all work carried out by the Cleaning Staff is on par with the upholding requirement; completed with due observation to the appropriate Health & Safety requirements;

5. Cleaning, sweeping and vacuuming, emptying of bins;

6. To ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and the staff is taking extra precautions in causing anything that might endanger the post holder or others;

7. Daily report to the line manager, or person in authority any dangerous situation in the workplace or any perceived shortcomings in health and safety regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational support to the group
• Handling of queries and conducting centre visits to potential prospective leads
• Input data on ECDA website (E.g. register for Teacher’s LON)
• Put up claims or expenses for the centre
• Prepare financial and centre reports (E.g. petty cash, daily collections and centre enrolment report, etc)
• Liaise with parents
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in any administrative role, preferably in Preschool Environment
• Proficient with MS Office and comfortable to learn new systems and technologies
• Able to multitask and work within the deadline
• Good interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable liaising with parents through various communication platforms
• Able to work independently
• A good team player
