The Regional Procurement role is designed to drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of procurement and PTP (Procure-to-Pay) processes across the region. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Projects / Solution development

Support the development of regional procurement and PTP projects/solutions (e.g., global/regional policies, processes, and tools) by:

• Adapting Global Projects: Mapping global projects/solutions to regional circumstances and regulations, identifying necessary exceptions/modifications to ensure proper integration within the region.
• Defining Transformation Roadmaps: Creating detailed plans for transitioning countries to new solutions.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Acting as an SME for project stakeholders, identifying gaps, and providing solutions/workarounds for existing and new processes, systems, and tool implementations

Projects / Solution deployment

Support the deployment of regional procurement and PTP projects/solutions by:

• Documentation and Progress Tracking: Developing and maintaining project/process documentation (including translations if needed), managing, and tracking procurement project progress.
• Training and Coordination: Providing training and coordinating activities within countries to ensure the successful embedding of new solutions.
• Communication Cascade: Disseminating global procurement and PTP communications to the countries.

Run & Maintain

Support ongoing procurement and PTP operations within the region by:

• Document Management: Timely and accurate updating of operational documents (e.g., approval matrices) essential for effective procurement and PTP processes.
• Process Assessment and Improvement: Conducting process assessments, quantifying the impact of process pain points through data analysis, and defining improvement projects.
• KPI Monitoring: Monitoring regional KPIs and initiating improvement projects/actions when scores fall below target (e.g., Supplier Data Quality Index - DQI).
• Training and Knowledge Management: Identifying knowledge gaps in procurement and PTP operating models, preparing and conducting training sessions with stakeholders to address these gaps.
• Improvement: Identifying areas of improvement at regional and implement defined action plans
• Stakeholder Engagement: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within procurement, PTP, and other functions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of people, processes, and tools

Position Overview:
The Technical Assistant is directly accountable to the Fleet Manager, providing support in overseeing and managing the technical aspects of fleet operations. Responsibilities include assisting with vessel maintenance, ensuring compliance, handling technical documentation, and coordinating with various departments to facilitate smooth operations. Additionally, the role encompasses administrative duties such as arranging travel and managing related tasks for the Fleet Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support:Assist in the preparation and review of maintenance records and technical reports.
  Support the Fleet Manager in organizing and overseeing maintenance schedules and repair activities.
  Track and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up.
  
• Documentation and Compliance:Maintain and update technical records, including manuals, compliance certificates, and safety documentation.
  Ensure fleet operations adhere to maritime regulations and industry standards.
  Prepare and manage documents for audits, inspections, and regulatory processes.
  
• Communication and Coordination:Serve as a point of contact between ship management, crew, and shore-based technical teams.
  Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for parts procurement and service needs as required.
  Attend technical meetings, providing organizational and logistical support.
  
• Data Management:Analyze technical data to identify performance trends and suggest improvements.
  Contribute to the creation and refinement of technical procedures and best practices.
  
• Emergency Response:Provide assistance during technical emergencies or incidents, supporting troubleshooting and resolution efforts.
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree or diploma in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in marine engineering, ship management, or related technical fields is advantageous.
• Skills:Strong knowledge of shipboard systems and technical operations.
  Proficiency in handling technical documentation and data analysis.
  Effective communication and coordination skills.
  Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
  
• Certifications: Relevant maritime certifications or qualifications are desirable.

Working Conditions:

• Environment: Primarily office-based, with occasional travel to ships or shipyards.

The role of Senior Audit Associate is to plan and execute risk-based external audits for the business, as part of the company’s statutory annual audit engagements. The Senior Audit Associate is reporting to an Audit Manager and/or Audit Partners which will conduct company annual audits from planning through to completion. Tasks will include planning the audit process, research, reviewing current processes and providing recommendations to enhance company policies and procedures.

The main role of Senior Audit Associate is responsible for the audit team and will supervise, motivate and develop the team of junior audit staff. This role is required to review the work of junior personnel, as well as developing their skills and providing training and support throughout the audit engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate daily sales report and reconcile report with cashless service providers.

• Perform daily bookkeeping transactions for AP/AR.

• Maintain accurate entry postings, financial records and statements.

• Manage general ledger and update on audit schedule.

• Perform monthly bank reconciliation, month-end closing and year end closing.

• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, consolidation balance sheet and P&L statements.

• Handle reconciliation and inter-co transactions.

• Liaise closely with suppliers and customers for payment related matters.

• Analyse accounts transactions and provide accurate, timely GST reports for IRAS filing.

• Responsible for yearly financial audit and work closely with tax agent and auditors.

• Liaise with government authorities and complete all government statistical surveys.

• Prepare monthly Management accounts for Directors.

• Prepare official documentation to government agencies for claim submission.

Requirement

• Preferably experience in F&B industry. Degree in Accounting with ACCA certification or equivalent.

• Prior experience in managing full set of accounts and voluminous transactions.

• Excellent knowledge of accounting terms and language.

• Proficient in Advance Microsoft Excel.

• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin languages is required (in order to generate and read reports and liaise with all English and Mandarin speaking suppliers and internal customers.)
