Job Description
· Prepared tender document, contract, and bill of quantities.
· Taking off quantity and prepare costing and budget for projects.
· Preparation of progress claims and updating progress payment
· General quotation for commercial and residential.
· Liaise with sub-cons and supplier
· All office administrative work.
· Account and Book Keeping.
. Preparing/Filing of Financial report
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirement
· Candidate must possess Diploma/Certificate in Accounting or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience.
· Positive attitude and good communication
. Experience in Accounting and Finance report filing
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
· Some knowledge in Construction and Interior Renovation activities.
· interior fit-out experience preferred.
