• Prepare and assist with the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements monthly
• Issue monthly invoices, submit monthly CPF and GST filings

Job requirements:

1. Educational background: A college degree or above in accounting, finance or related fields recognized by Singapore.

2. Work experience: At least 1 year of accounting or related work experience.

3. Tax knowledge: Understand Singapore's tax laws and regulations and reporting procedures.

4. Communication skills: Good written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English.

5. Careful and responsible: Careful in work, with a strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of GST accounts and record transaction data accurately.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation, financial reporting, closing statements, and manage AR/AP.
• Reconcile POS system transactions, including cash, bank, and credit card payments.
• Update fixed assets and depreciation records in accounting software.
• Prepare and review supplier payments, ensuring compliance with credit terms.
• Track and verify expenses, cash claims, and card usage submitted by outlet heads.
• Generate and maintain payroll and salary reports.
• Update attendance records, leave schedules, overtime, etc.
• Stay updated on MOM guidelines and implement changes as required.
• Handle general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience managing full-spectrum accounts, preferably in F&B.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with cross functional team.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to multi-task efficiently.
• Independent, collaborative, and a good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Familiarity with Xero accounting, Zealys payroll, ePOS systems, and credit card portals.
• 5-day work week, immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
• No quota for foreign staff who need for working pass.
