This role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and generate leads. Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, email, and display advertising.
   Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize ROI.
   
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
   Optimize website content and structure for search engines.
   
3. Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
   Develop and schedule engaging content tailored to target audiences.
   
4. Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling written, visual, and video content.
   Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with local audiences.
   
5. Analytics and Reporting: Track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and data dashboards.
   Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on performance data.
   
6. Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including automation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
   Monitor email campaign metrics and refine strategies for better engagement.
   
7. E-Commerce and Lead Generation: Optimize the company’s e-commerce channels or lead generation funnels to improve conversion rates.
   Implement strategies for customer retention and upselling.
   
8. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of digital marketing trends, new tools, and best practices, particularly in the Singaporean market.
   

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day running of project site.
• Coordinate, prepare and update architectural and structural 3D BIM.
• Implement and monitor work schedules according to master and detailed work programs.
• Attend site inspection conducted by client’s representatives/consultants.
• Conduct study of construction design to resolve technical issues in advance.
• Evaluate and resolve discrepancies / problems at site.
• Liaise with sub-contractors.
• Conducting inspections/site walks to check on progress and work performance of sub-contractors.
• Ensure all materials used are approved, raise material requisition.
• Coordinate handing over of completed works.
• Assign works to workers as appropriate and supervise to ensure compliance with stipulated procedures, methods of statement and safety requirements.
• Other duties assigned by the PD, PM.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant Degree in Architectural.
• Polytechnic graduate or with relevant trade certificate (Architectural).
• 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• BIM experience will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Reading blueprints or looking at sketches to determine how to install rebar or mesh
• Figuring out the quantity, size, and shapes of reinforcing rods and determining where to place them
• Preparing rebar and mesh for installation using metal shears, hacksaws, and torches
• Bending or welding rebar together
• Installing cables
• Using pliers to tie wire around rods to fasten them together
• Positioning and securing rods, cables, mesh, or rebar in concrete forms

• Applies various finishes to buildings, rooms, structures including primers or sealers.
• Prepares,cleans and tapes all jobsites.
• Able to work on hot days under sun.
• Mixes colors or oils to obtain desired color or consistency.
• Removes old paint coating, if necessary.
• Moves necessary materials around jobsite as assigned.
• Cleans up worksite debris.Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with foriegn workers.
• Able to do overtime.
• Able to work on public holidays.
• Able to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines.

• Passion towards learning new skills and knowledge, and imparting knowledge to others.
