Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in Events Management, Arts Management, Communications or equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years working experience is similar field.
3. Proven track record of leading high-performing project management teams.
4. Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills are essential for juggling multiple tasks, creating timelines, and managing budgets effectively.
5. Logistics Expertise: Understanding venue logistics, vendor coordination, equipment rentals, and transportation arrangements is key.
6. To be knowledgeable in technical aspects of an event (eg. AV production, videography & photography, media coverage etc)
7. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress.

Job Description

• Accounts Receivable: Manage monthly invoicing, payment tracking, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, track budget variances, and implement cost controls.

Lead a team of technicans and engineers to provide chemcial cleaning and beadblasting of metal parts. Plan and schedule production for daily output including weekends and public holidays. Must be able to work under hot and humid environment with good chemical knowlege. As we are providing services to customers, we need to work 5.50days and be activiated anytime when required.

1. Reporting Structure

• Reports to Head of Business Development / Chief Executive Officer to carry out all roles & responsibilities in consultation with the reporting personnel.

2. Responsibilities

• Maintain and nurture stakeholder relations; generally, the Senior Executive is expected to work closely with the VP (Business Development & Communications);
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives for SBA and SBA-related tournaments (e.g. National Championships, Singapore Badminton Open); this includes working with third-party vendors;
• Produce and edit video and marketing materials;
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with media representatives/journalists, while drafting and editing various media materials, including press releases;
• Manage SBA's various social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube) and website content;
• Liaise with and manage players for official activation and media interviews.

3. Requirements

• At least Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing or related field with at least 3 years of working experience in building strategic alliances, partnerships and business development;
• Possesses strong verbal, written and presentation skills;
• Able to use various media editing tools such as Photoshop, Capcut;
• Strong team player;
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task;
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams is necessary for implementing business development initiatives successfully;
• Well-organised and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

4. Salary

Pay range will be from S$3,500 – S$4,000

Mon – Thu 8.30am – 6pm

Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm

* Depending on work exigences, such as tournaments and activations, one may be required to work on weekends
