You'll be responsible for circulating suppliers' invoices to various departments for verification and approval before posting. You'll also prepare payments for suppliers and perform monthly reconciliations of creditors' statements of accounts. Additionally, you'll assist in preparing journal entries for the monthly closing of accounts and handle any other duties as assigned.

• A minimum of NITEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
