• Attend to tenants’ requests & feedbacks promptly & effectively.
• Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal.
• Monitor contract progress payments/claims to ensure cash flow projections.
• Responsible for planning preventive works schedule, conducts, and supervises inspections to building and grounds to identify defects/irregularities and follow-up on rectification works.
• Assist with drafting, monitoring, and reporting of the budget and expenditure.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors on daily maintenance, security and other operational issues.

Requirements:
• Diploma holders with 1 to 2 years with related experience in managing offices/commercial buildings
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Knowledge of operation, public area and facade cleaning, maintenance, renovation practices and related local ordinances

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong MS SQL operation support skills and a proven track record in managing platform servers and databases in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Should have minimum 5 years experience in MS SQL Data base Administration
• Manage and support platform servers (Windows & UNIX).
• Perform database administration tasks, including installation, hardening, upgrades, and patching of MS SQL AlwaysON AG.
• Provide backup and EMC storage support.
• Offer support for additional databases, including MongoDB, PostgresDB, and OracleDB (preferred).
• Handle a server count of fewer than 200.
• Develop and execute acceptance test plans and test cases.
• May lead the training of clients and peers.

• Strong expertise in MS SQL operation support.
