Job Description for M&E Manager

• Project Management on all company projects in M&E services design, cost, technical and authority matters.
• Oversee and manage the M&E aspects of construction projects, including mechanical, electrical, fire protection and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Supervise and provide guidance to M&E Engineers & Inspector of Works.
• Manage sub-con/in progress production planning & build
• Assess M&E contractors progress and variation order claims
• Review and approve M&E designs and plans to ensure they meet project specifications and comply with local codes and regulations.
• Value engineering on design proposals to optimise the cost and to ensure best practices are applied in the projects.
• Keeping track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact, report information to Project Manager.
• Monitoring M&E services variation works and costs during construction stage to ensure within budget.
• Attend client consultant meeting & involve in pre-tender estimation and tender process for award of Contractors.
• Identify and address any technical issues or challenges related to M&E systems during the construction process.
• Knowledge of relevant local and international building codes and standards.
• Experience in coordinating with regulatory agencies and ensuring compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Construction Engineering or other building-related disciplines
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in building and construction projects
• Working knowledge in BIM model software
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

• Collect greasy waste from customers’ grease traps utilizing vacuum suction tanker
• Deliver greasy waste to PUB treatment Plant for legal disposal (for Class 4 drivers)
• Ensure cleanliness of grease trap and proper housekeeping of area around grease trap
• Provide customer with excellent, prompt, and courteous service
• Assume full responsibility of company vehicles and equipment on a daily basis
• Complete all necessary administrative paperwork on time and in a good manner
• Work together with fellow workers to ensure all jobs are completed properly

As the first point of contact for our organization, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming impression for our clients, visitors, and staff. This position would be reporting to the Group Human Resorce Manager in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor

The Role :

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Create and present project proposals, encompassing pitching, planning, and execution phases.
• Prepare and take ownership of accurate project budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Develop, oversee and proactively track and manage progress against project milestone calendar.
• Take full ownership of end-to-end project planning, execution, and management, ensuring seamless coordination and flawless delivery of events.
• Collaborate closely with various internal teams, including (but not limited to) marketing, creative, and operations.
• Lead event team members and volunteers, providing ongoing guidance and support throughout all phases of planning and execution.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers and contractors to secure necessary services and products for events and maintain proactive communication to ensure all contractual obligations are met.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, accommodation arrangements, transportation, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements relevant to event management. Stay informed about industry-specific regulations and guidelines, ensuring events are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws.
• Deliver consistent and comprehensive project updates to various stakeholders. Keep all relevant parties informed about milestones, accomplishments, and potential challenges to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Monitor and evaluate event performance and conduct thorough project performance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct post-event debriefs and prepare detailed event reports for clients and management, providing insights to enhance future event execution.
• Manage all other project-related matters, as they arise and other ad-hoc matters as assigned.
