· CyberSecurity sales engagement (in presales, business development and account management) track record in the Telecommunications or IT industry
· Sales management experience in ICT is preferred
· Proficient in 3 or more of the following technologies/technology vendors/Solutions like Palo Alto, Trend Micro, Checkpoint, Mcafee, RSA, Symantec, Fortinet, Cisco, CASB, IAM, APT, SIEM
· Experienced in selling Managed Security Services
· Ensure revenue, order book and margin dollar targets for the team are met
· Conduct sales forecasts, demand generation and deal strategy development.
· Proper planning, monitoring and accurate forecasts on Revenue and Order Book
· Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of the team.
· Engage effectively with all levels across a customer’s organisation to include all C-level executives, negotiate with customers’ executives and lead the team to effectively close large and complex business deals
· Interact with internal departments and external partners to develop and implement strategies, plans and business models
· Ensure excellent Customer Satisfaction levels with every Customer engagement
