Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Officer who can handle customer inquiries efficiently and assist with basic inventory duties. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling inventory responsibilities alongside traditional customer service tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Duties:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive and helpful experience.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges efficiently, following company guidelines.
• Process customer orders and payments, verifying order accuracy and addressing any discrepancies.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Inventory Support Duties:

• Assist with inventory counts, tracking stock levels, and recording any discrepancies.
• Update inventory records as products are sold or received.
• Organize and label products in the stockroom to facilitate efficient tracking and order fulfillment.
• Work with the inventory team to identify low-stock items and communicate replenishment needs.
• Prepare and package items for shipment as required.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory management software.

• Provide support on pre and post sales related enquiries (products and service) through various customer touch-points (calls, emails and website enquiries)
• Resolve customers' feedback and complaints promptly.

Job Descriptions & Requirements :

The Junior Technician is responsible for the diagnostic, testing as well as repair, production and overhaul of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of the chillers and other related systems in support of our overall chiller manufacturing process with fellow technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manufacture industrial chillers in collaboration with other technicians encompassing sheet metal work, welding, assembly of refrigeration system, electrical wiring, temperature controller setup

· Evaluate final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety

· Diagnose, test as well as manufacture, repair and overhaul mechanical, electrical and electronic components of the chillers and other related systems in accordance to production BOM/ WO

· Delivery of chillers and components to end customers and setup on-site

· Generate 2D engineering & electrical drawings with Autocad software

· Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent.

· At least 2 – 3 year(s) of working experience in HVAC/ Industrial Chiller fields

· Required Skill(s): 2D Autocad

· Required Spoken and Written Language(s): Basic English, Mandarin

· Singapore/SPR Only

· Preferably with class 3 driving license

· Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience

· Working Hours : Mon to Fri (8.00 am to 5.00pm) & Sat (8.00am to 3.00pm)
