Duties

• Contribute to the formation and refinement of workplace experience strategy, which includes leading the implementation to delivery.

• Lead and operationalize execution of agile and Design Thinking/Human centered design methodology
• Adopt the Clients' 4D methodology in journey mapping for site operations, e.g. conduct experiments, service blueprints, value maps, sustainable operations, operational improvements and streamline efficiencies etc.
• Able to do simple poster or onsite communications materials.
• Plan, film and edit videos/communications materials (work with vendor partners for complex videography)

Job Description

• Provide excellent customer service, liaise with clients through e-mail and phone.
• Using SAP system to key in Sales Order, purchasing order, invoicing
• Follow up and to monitor delivery of outstanding customers’ orders and provide customer support for shipments
• Responsible for daily order processing, purchasing, invoicing
• Prepare Shipping documentation (Import/ LC/ documentation/ Bill of Lading/ AWB)

Requirements

• Lead and manage Java application development projects and FileNet implementations.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Manage and mentor development teams, including Java developers, FileNet specialists, and other technical resources.

• Conduct regular team meetings, providing status updates and reviewing project milestones.

• Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with the project scope.
• Implement effective testing strategies and review processes.

Budget and Resource Management

• Manage project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Track and report on the financial performance of the project.

Process Improvement

• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and delivery times.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, agile methodologies, and ECM implementations.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years specifically in Java application development and FileNet platforms.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end software development projects in an agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with FileNet administration, configuration, and integration.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, MS Project, or similar project management software.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of Java technologies (J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, etc.) and software development lifecycle.
• In-depth knowledge of FileNet P8, Content Manager, and other ECM solutions.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is preferred.
• FileNet certification or experience with other ECM systems is a plus.
