We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Executive who can proactively address issues that arise in

patient care and vendor liaison as well as to assist in the daily administrative operations of

our clinic.

Job Scope includes and is not limited to:

Receptionist Duties

•  Answer telephone calls, and schedule patient appointments
•  Answer queries about the clinic.

Administrative Duties:

•  Obtain, key and maintain patient data records
•  Provide clear guidance on basic clinical procedures
•  Assist in patient health insurance claims process
•  Assist in online billing system and claiming for panel insurances
•  Manage internal and external communications
•  Arrange hospital admission, laboratory, and imaging services when required
•  Assist in the mediation process between patients and healthcare providers
•  Manage the clinic's inventory count and assist to order stock and supplies when low.

Clinical Duties:

•  Dispensing of medications
•  Financial counselling
•  Chaperone/Accompany the Doctor during consultation when required
•  Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the premises and consultation rooms
•  Sterilize medical equipment and sanitize designated areas.

Job Requirements:

•  Minimum ‘O' Levels or equivalent
•  Relevant experience in clinic / healthcare setting preferred.
•  Relevant experience in clinic / healthcare setting preferred. althcare providers, and specialists, as well as the public
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•  Excellent organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided.
•  Knowledge of procuring supplies and equipment.
•  Proficient in billing and negotiating with suppliers and vendors.

•  Able to work on weekends

Conceptualize design, space planning, handle project independently from inception through completion, manage project profitability with project manager

Drawings of site plan, cad layouts, elevations and detailed drawings with material specifications and other design documentation

Assist in managing all aspect of design development & site implementation

Prepares proposals for design work including sketches and other illustrations for better understanding of client

Prepares final designs and specifications, within client’s budget requirements and restrictions

Coordinate with quality surveyors to translate design into tangible costing for submission to client

Meets with vendors, suppliers and contractors. Review interior needs with the QS and vendors to determine who can provide the best service.

Performs necessary drafting work for projects

Performs related work as required

Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in Interior Design or equivalent

Fluent written and spoken English required

Min 3 years working experience, corporate background preferred

Possess good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max/Viz, Sketch up, Photoshop and PowerPoint

Able to work on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline

• Prepare tender submission, handle progress claims & progress payments, VO & finalization of accounts

• Research for materials/ furniture/ product costs

• Cost estimation

• Manage all project cost control from initial calculations to final figures

• Handle quotation and pricing with contractors

• Evaluating Contractor’s proposal and specifications

• Minimize project cost while achieving required standards and quality

• Degree/ diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering/ Building

• Fluent written and spoken English required

• Min 3 years working experience in Singapore, preferably with interior fitting-out work

• Responsible, self- motivated and enthusiastic

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual in a renewable 1 year contract position. The potential for contract extensions based on performance is available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and lead discussions with Knowledge Partners including Autonomous Universities, Polytechnics, private training providers, and corporate academies.
• Support Functional Leads in project activities for certification assessment management, including application management, technical support, and e-learning content development.
• Provide support in the assessment preparatory platform management, such as user tracking and invoice management.
• Develop and manage Knowledge Partners Accounts to build both academic and non-academic pathways to Skills Badge attainment.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in developing strategies and implementing initiatives to signpost HR professionals and businesses to sign up for courses leading to Skills Badges.
• Provide support in daily project life cycles such as vendor management, invoice management, project scheduling, and IT application implementations.
• Review and refresh the Skills Badges online platform to ensure that it is up to date and relevant.
• Collaborate with internal departments to extract, transform, and analyze competency data, conducting skills/needs analysis and engaging in data storytelling to advance upskilling and recertification efforts for the certified HR community.
• Preparatory Content Management: Maintain and track revisions of content changes on preparatory platform and offline copies. Uploading, revision of content where required.
• Reporting and maintenance of dashboard on key indicators relating to usage and candidate satisfaction on a weekly basis.
• Any other work assigned by the reporting officer from time to time.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.
