What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Take ownership of design projects and brand accounts, driving them from concept to execution.
• Efficiently handle multi-projects by prioritizing tasks, and manage your own timeline.
• Independently manage social media shoots (e.g., Product photoshoot, IGS event coverage, IG reels) and ensure visual consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, contribute to creative sessions, and present your ideas confidently.
• Maintain organized workflows to ensure smooth project execution, while adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
• Assist ACD/CD in pitches or new projects when required.
• Provide assistance/guidance to other team members when in need.

What You’ll Need (Qualifications/Requirements)

• Min. 3 years of relevant experience in a digital or creative agency.
• Degree or diploma in Digital Media Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality work.
• A self-starter attitude with a proactive mindset, always ready to take initiative.
• Exceptional organizational skills

The Job Role:

• Manage the full cycle of a business development process to ensure business goals are achieved

Junior L2 Production Support (Java-base)

· Recent experience in working with Java J2EE applications

· Experience in application support role for min 1 years for support. Or Developers willing to learn with good knowledge of Java, Unix, SQL

· Experience in programming languages such as JAVA/J2EE.

· Experience in Unix commands , SQL queries

· Knowledge of web applications, batch jobs, JBOSS, MariaDB, SQL, Shell

· Knowledge of Job scheduling, MQ setup , C:D setup experience is a plus

· Exposure to banking industry is a plus
