The 3-month Lion City Parkour Coaching Career Trial aims to onboard and train new coaches in honing up their practical coaching skills to match up with the company’s vision of bringing quality parkour education to Singapore.

In this 3 months, we will be running our first term (quarter) of classes and courses of the year. Thus, you will be going through the term with the coaches and students that will be coaching or attending.

You will be introduced to the foundations of Parkour and Flips, writing and executing lesson and course plans, class control, structure, safety, working with a variety of different age groups such as children, adults, and seniors, as well as a variety of class types like regular beginner classes, birthday parties, CCAs, workshops, and the like.

Ultimately, we are looking for both male and female fresh graduates (post-NS), looking to get some experience in the sports coaching line of work. It will be a bonus if you already have some outside coaching experience or had work with children before. Of course, if you are open and willing to try and learn some Parkour yourself, this is also a great opportunity to do so!

Running through the basis of what Lion City Parkour is about, how our company works, our

weekly schedule, general gym rules and SOPs, customer service SOPs, and learning about

our booking system (PunchPass).

Career Trial Activities Plan

Month 1: Orientation and Observation

● Shadow experienced coaches from Lion City Parkour in a range of parkour and flips classes, observing diverse teaching techniques and student interactions.

● Participate in select classes as a student/trainee to develop personal skills in parkour, flips, and movement.

● Begin to familiarize with the company culture, meeting students and staff and attending the monthly coaches' gathering.

● Learn the ropes of the company’s SOPs regarding coaching rules, gym rules, customer interactions, our booking system, etc.

● Engage in light assisting duties, such as helping with equipment setup and class organization.

Month 2: Assisting and Active Involvement

● Transition into more active assistance during classes, such as demonstrating basic techniques or assisting with student corrections under supervision.

● Support younger classes (ages 3+) with hands-on experience, developing confidence and understanding of age-appropriate coaching methods.

● Visit international school sessions to observe and learn to work with stakeholders of the school.

● Write lesson plans and practice executing them.

● Take on additional responsibilities in non-coaching areas, such as light gym maintenance, admin support, or wood-working projects for gym improvement.

Month 3: Independent Coaching and Role Expansion

● Lead warm-ups, basic drills, or specific portions of classes under supervision, building toward more independent instruction.

● Actively engage in feedback sessions with senior coaches to refine coaching techniques and address any challenges.

● Build rapport with students and parents post-class, including video-sharing and feedbacking of their child in class group chats.

● Review and analyze personal growth and coaching effectiveness with senior staff, discussing long-term fit and development opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Technician, you are requiring updating, before, progressing and after completion of work at site.

Assist & support project site operations and ensure timely completion of electrical work activities.

Proactive routine services, repairs, replace of spares, consumable materials, items and components

to all systems and equipment to ensure that they are operational.

Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers' enquiries, needs and complaints.

Inspect and maintain site electrical equipment.

Attend to all work orders issued by the operations and management.

Liaising and co-ordinating with site personnel, third party and external contractor.

What you’ll be doing?

The Senior Technical Product Support Specialist is a Level 3 support role, providing advanced technical assistance for Sabre’s Hospitality Solutions. This role involves resolving complex customer issues, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring the smooth operation of support processes. The specialist will act as a key point of contact for technical escalations, guiding customers and internal staff to best practices while helping improve overall support efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for solving complex technical problems, providing excellent customer service, and helping a team grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

· Take ownership of escalated cases from Level 2 support, including urgent and high-priority customer incidents, ensuring timely resolution and preventing recurrence.

· Engage directly with customers via calls, chats, emails, or support portals to address their concerns when necessary.

· Monitor and resolve high-priority issues, ensuring they are addressed effectively and within expected timelines.

· Review and enhance internal support procedures and coach team members to adhere to best practices.

· Participate in regular meetings with product and development teams to prioritize and address software defects, focusing on strategic customer needs.

· Identify and address potential customer issues before they escalate, promoting better product health and customer satisfaction.

· Develop and expand the internal knowledge base by working with product and development teams, creating resources to assist the support team.

· Assess team training needs, provide technical guidance, and contribute to performance reviews.

· Advise customers on the best use of Sabre products to maximize their value.

Qualifications And Education Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical product support role.

· Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), networking (TCP/IP, DNS), and system administration (Linux, Windows).

· Proficiency in debugging tools, APIs, and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash).

· Expertise in analyzing logs, monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Nagios), and resolving complex software or integration issues with a focus on security and compliance.

· Familiarity with database troubleshooting (SQL), and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills:

· Understanding of Property Management Systems (PMS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), and Channel Management.

· Technical certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or equivalent.

· Advanced certifications in customer support tools or related technologies.

· Proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese.
