Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• At least 10 years of quality control/ assurance experience in the building and construction industry.
• Proven track record in the implementation of quality control measures.

Infrastructure Strategy and Planning

Job Requirements:

Join our dynamic Wise Platform team as a Risk Lead, where you will manage our onboarding and compliance operations for enterprise businesses and banks partnering with Wise. The Resident Welfare Coach is responsible for providing trauma-informed care, supervision, training and management to residents with physical, intellectual and/or sensory disabilities, supporting them in developing their skills and interests to reach their full potential.

Resident Care & Supervision:

• Provide care and supervision according to residents' Individual Care Plan (ICP)
• De-escalate and manage tension when residents dysregulate
• Respond to crisis situations and any unusual or challenging events (or at workplace)

Programme Management:
