Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements (profit and loss, balance sheets, cash flow reports).

• Review Sales invoices, SOA, Bank reconciliation, Payroll, CPF, JE, and Management reports monthly.

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including insurance and levy rebates.
• Manage and supervise the Accounts/ HR/ administrative team to ensure efficient office operations.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies (IRAS, BCA, MOM, NEA, IMDA) as required including all surveys such as BCA annual return, BCA workheads renewal etc on behalf of the company
• Resolve issues with accounting and HR software.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance with 5 years experience or Local Poly Diploma ( Finance/Accounts) with 10 years experience
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar finance and administrative role, preferably in the M&E industry
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications

As the Project BIM Coordinator (Hybrid), you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes, ensuring effective coordination & collaboration among various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. BIM Implementation:

· Collaborate closely with the Project BIM Manager & construction teams to facilitate the implementation of BIM processes.

· Ensure seamless coordination of 3D models & BIM data to support construction planning & execution.

· Implement BIM standards and protocols in compliance with ISO 19650.

2. Model Coordination:

· Conduct regular clash detection analyses on BIM models to identify & resolve coordination issues.

· Collaborate with design, construction & project teams to address clashes & optimize construction workflows.

3. BIM Data Management:

· Assist in the organization & management of BIM data relevant to the construction phase.

· Ensure the accuracy & completeness of BIM models, drawings, and associated documentation.

· Manage data within a Common Data Environment (CDE) such as BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

4. Collaborative Communication:

· Communicate effectively with project personnel, including both BIM team & Project team, to gather information & clarify modeling requirements.

Job Requirements:

1. Education &Experience:

· Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, or a related field.

· Formally trained in BIM (Diploma or Training certification), preferably with at least 2 years of BIM coordination or BIM management experience in a design, engineering or construction firm or a large project.

· Minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM management, with a focus on implementation.

2. Technical Proficiency:

· Proficient in BIM software, including but not limited to Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

· Experience in clash detection & resolution workflows.

· Experience with 4D (time scheduling), 5D (cost estimation), and 6D (facility management) BIM dimensions.

3. LTA Project Experience:
