Objectives of this role
ยท Ensure general management of office by overseeing operational efficiency, effective communications, and other strategic and tactical planning.
ยท Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies.
ยท Serve as primary liaison between company staff and business partners, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests.
ยท Oversee and achieve organizational goals while maintaining an efficient, productive, and positive office culture and employee experience.
Responsibilities
ยท Greet office visitors, answer and direct phone calls, field inquiries, and maintain office efficiency in all related correspondence.
ยท Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as generating staff payroll, claims and renewal of workers work permits, liaise with insurance company on workersโ matter and accommodation needs.
ยท Prepare and send invoices, maintain client databases, track accounts, and assist with copying and distributing of documents.
ยท Provide assistance with bookkeeping activities.
ยท Schedule and track meetings and appointments, book flights, and handle travel logistics
ยท Maintain cleanliness of office space and coordinate all renovation activities.

ยท Superb written and verbal communication skills
ยท Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
ยท Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
ยท Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
ยท High school diploma with 3 years working experience or equivalent.
ยท Experience in managing budgets and expenses.
ยท Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems.
