What the role is

The Pathway Manager (PWM) has a critical role within Fencing Singapore (FS) and is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive athlete pathway programme. What the role is

The High Performance Executive (HPE) is responsible for supporting the High performance Manager (HPM) and High performance Director (HPD) in developing and implementing a comprehensive high-performance plan to achieve national and international success in fencing.
