Under the direct supervision of the Tender Team, the Quantity Surveyor plans, controls and monitors the tender drawing, documents and BQs for all tender projects, in both tender stage and post tender stage. • Carrying out site visit to check on the meter condition, interviewing customers to establish the facts, taking additional meter readings on site for analysis.
