Key Responsibilities

1. Menu Development:Design and create authentic Burmese and Thai dishes that showcase traditional flavors with a modern twist.
   Collaborate with the management to curate seasonal menus and special offerings.
   
2. Food Preparation and Cooking:Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
   Maintain consistency in flavor profiles across all menu items.
   
3. Kitchen Operations:Oversee the kitchen team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
   Monitor food stock and ingredients to minimize waste and ensure efficiency.
   Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
   
4. Training and Development:Train kitchen staff in the preparation and presentation of Burmese and Thai cuisine.
