Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into product requirements
• Review business processes and identify optimizing solutions/features
• Maintain and deliver strategic and tactical features with an Agile approach
• Manage and prioritize product backlog and roadmap based on business needs requirements
• Develop user stories, document acceptance criteria and perform user acceptance testing
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely and successful delivery of projects/initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the above functional activities

Requirements

• 5 years working experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a Financial Services/Insurance Industry (preferred)
• Have experience rolling out enhancements/projects on B2B digital platforms (web portal)
• Have experience working with stakeholders in Group Business (advisors, brokers) is a plus
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Ability to work across departments in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated and flexible to change
• Have a solution mindset, detail oriented and willingness to learn is a must
• Agile knowledge and working with Project Management tools (e.g. Confluence/JIRA)

• Oversee food preparation, checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties.
• Ensured that the production meet health, sanitation, and quality standards set by the company.
• Work with staff in areas of cleaning kitchen equipment and preventing damage and injury.
• Work with the cntral kitchen staff to ensure that central kitchen runs effectively, and have to be experts at ensuring food quality and maintaining kitchen equipment.
• Monitor equipments quality and make sure the the equipments are runing in good conditions.
• Must be able to work night shift or split shift
• Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

• Expertise in crafting data architectures supporting trade order management systems (OMS) and wealth management platforms.
• Hands-on expertise in designing solutions for credit risk monitoring and client lifecycle management (CLM).
• Comprehensive knowledge of SWIFT standards, ISO 20022 protocols, and modern payment systems.
• Architected scalable, cloud-native systems utilizing AWS, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Developed solutions for blockchain applications in compliance and secure transactions.
• Delivered high-impact regulatory reporting tools for financial institutions, enhancing audit readiness.
• Strong background in developing applications aligned with sanctions compliance regulations.
• Successfully integrated client onboarding solutions with compliance systems to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
• Extensive experience in regulatory environments with tools supporting AML transaction analysis and fraud detection.

• To review all Authority's and Contractor's drawings
• To provide all relevant endorsements required by the relevant authorities
• Supervise all civil, structural and geotechnical building works, both permanent and temporary
• To ensure that contractor had obtained all necessary permits and clearance to work
• To conduct site inspection and ensure that contractor(s) implement corrective actions and timely preventive/mitigation measures to protect surrounding structures
• To coordinate the contractor, AC, QP(D), relevant agencies, including interfacing contractors and consultants etc for the works
• To review, evaluate and assess all formwork structure, formwork support systems etc
• To review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters
• To supervise the installation of instrumentation
• To supervise sanitary and plumbing installations, pump drainage works etc
• To review, evaluate and assess the monitoring of instrumentation and interpretation of the results and provide analytical results/presentations
• To review Contractor's design and supervise all works

Criteria:

- Min 3 years of experience in tunnelling or supervision of installation of monitoring instruments, collation of monitoring data and use of software for presentation of monitoring data for analysis and interpretation.

- Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering

- Possess a valid RTO cert by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS Singapore

- Possess a valid RTO (Tunnel) cert by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS Singapore

Job Description:

1. Plan, supervise and deliver teaching programme in accordance with the policies and philosophy of MapleBear

2. Implement prescribed curriculum and prepare necessary teaching resources

3. Keep accurate records of children’s progress and address children’s educational and developmental needs individually

4. Prepare semi-annual developmental portfolio for PTM

5. Maintain a positive relationship with parents via communication app by updating them regularly on children's activities in school and addressing any concerns they have

6. Guide and supervise the Assistant Teacher in the classroom

7. Be responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, decorations and learning environment of the classroom

8. Work closely with colleagues and management to ensure a conducive environment for teaching and learning

9. Be familiar with all working curriculum documents, handbooks and policy manuals

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education OR Teaching: ACEY L1/L2 certified

2. Fluent in English (spoken and written) as lessons are conducted in English

3. Team-player and nurturing with a passion for teaching young children

4. Excellent interpersonal and classroom management skills
