Job Description & Requirements

The successful incumbent is responsible for the supervision of maintenance, servicing, and repair of all machines in the laundry plant, recycle plant, and boiler room. He/she will ensure periodic maintenance, servicing, and timely repair & restoration of the machines for the smooth running of the laundry operations.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the availability of machines for daily production through preventive maintenance and scheduled maintenance. Examples of machines are laundry machines, low-tension switch gears water pumps, air compressors, boiler systems and recycle plant.
• To improve the machine efficiency, safety, and quality output by carrying out appropriate modifications for the machinery or changing some repairing and maintenance methods and procedures.
• To perform maintenance and repair of machines and troubleshoot machines' faults.
• To prolong the life span of machines or expensive parts by performing regular preventive maintenance.
• To be responsible for the safety of maintenance staff.
• To supervise and ensure contractors adhere to the safety regulations and prison rules and regulations.
• To supervise and ensure the timely completion of assignments by the contractors.
• Maintain all workshop tools and equipment in orderly manner.
• To ensure Workplace Safety & Health.
• To maximize production capacity, productivity and quality.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or ITC in electronics
• Boiler License Class 1 / 2 preferred
• Boiler experience in the laundry/linen services industry preferred
• Experienced in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic-related problems, and is able to read all the above drawing
• Preferably know how to read Auto-Cad and Line Drawing
• Work Location: East-Loyang/Changi

Responsibilities:

• Electrical control panel wiring & troubleshooting (Glass Manufacturing Machinery)
• Electrical industrial machineries troubleshooting such as motors, controllers & etc (Glass Manufacturing Machinery)
• Responsible for checking of overhead cranes in company and any others miscellaneous equipment
• Maintenance activities scheduling
• Preventive maintenance for machines as pre schedule
• Attending break downs of utility, building facilities & etc
• Maintain stocks for common spare parts needed for repair & replacement
• Conducts training to workers for proper handling of machines
• Perform in production operations process & duties generally when available (Hands-on)
• Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned work sites
• Assures that all work assigned to position is performed in accordance with specifications, instructions and requirements
• Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within a reasonable time, depending on the degree of difficulty of their job functions
• Accomplishes all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested for successful completion of the mission

Requirements:

• Preferred applicant with related experiences with Manufacturing Machinery
• Must be able to carry out physical hands-on duties including lifting activities (More than 10KG loads/products)
• Good working attitude and willing to learn
• Training will be provided
• 6days work week (Monday to Saturday)
• Applicants must be willing to work in Changi North

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Sourcing, Purchasing, Logistic and Inventory Management
• Communicate with the management, all contractors on the costing estimation
• Negotiations of the project in order to ensure all issues are handled
• Develop cost reduction to enhance the overall value of the project
• Ensure all items purchased and received according to specifications & compliance with standards
• Perform full logistic process including all shipping documentation (Mainly Import; Export only when needed)
• Closely liaise with various suppliers on delivery promptness and commitment
• Manage all purchase requisition, purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices
• Manage company’s vendor such as IT, Maintenances/Repair/Operating Contract and etc
• Manage contracts such as purchasing, certificates, renewal inspection and etc
• Answering to suppliers, vendors and internal enquiries

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma level with at least 2 years of related working experience
• Preferred applicant with Construction related field
• Full process of procurement including QS related experiences preferred
• Comfortable to work with warehouse/inventory department personnel; which is non-aircon environment
• Possess good communication skills (both written and oral), interpersonal skills,
• Possess positive working attitude
• Must be self-motivated, resourceful and possess a pleasant disposition
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, Able to work independently
• Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all internal & external personnel
• Able to handle various platform for sourcing & purchasing selection
• Ability to start work with short notice preferred
• Applicants must be willing to work in Changi.
• Monday to Friday, Monthly 1 Working Saturday (Halfday)

• Supporting the HR team in handling the F&B and IT side in the manpower
• Going down to assist onsite whenever necessary
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resource management
• Possess a Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration-related discipline
• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work efficiently with minimum supervision
• Experienced in managing different priorities/multitasking

Job Description:

• Perform collection and delivery of spares within the required timeframe
• Verify physical part number, serial number and quantity against the picking slip
• Highlight any discrepancy to the store assistant or superior
• Ensure signoff and handover/takeover properly
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor

Skills/ Requirements:

• Able to work 12 hours morning shift
• Able to carry load up to 10 - 15kg
• Class 3 driving license/Forklift will be added advantage
• Have knowledge in SAP
