The Role

The Warehouse Assistant works in the Distribution Centre, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor and will be responsible for all quality and productivity of his/her own work including but not limited to below activities. Job Description

1. Manage daily leave & attendance via time software, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance.
2. Processing monthly payroll for designated job sites including processing new hires, terminations, transfers, and promotions.

• Ensure that fire safety requirements contained in the Emergency Response Plan are complied with at all times
• Supervise the maintenance of all fire safety works and systems in the premises

Front Desk Management

• Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors.
• Greet clients warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere at the school.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly and professionally.

Operational Coordination

• Oversee scheduling of classes, studio bookings, and teacher availability.
• Ensure the studio is well-maintained, organized, and equipped for lessons and events.

• Coordination of examinations and other students related assessments.

Customer Relations

• Handle customer inquiries regarding lesson schedules, fees, and programs.

Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate records of students, classes, and payments.
• Prepare reports for management on student attendance and operational issues.
• Coordinate with external vendors or service providers as needed.

Event Support

• Assist in the planning and execution of recitals, workshops, and open houses.
• Manage event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and customer communication.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business administration, arts management, operations management or music.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, studio coordination, or a similar administrative role, ideally in: Music schools, performing arts organizations, or educational institutions, retail or service-oriented businesses with customer-facing roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with scheduling or management software.
• Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A passion for music or the arts is a plus.
• Prior experience in managing teams, overseeing operations, or leading projects is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of event coordination and logistics is often a plus.

Summary

The Ramp Agent, is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a variety of Ground Support Equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, Tow Tractor, Belt Loader, Transporter, ULD Loader, Passenger Steps, Ambulift, Main Deck Loader and other specialized equipment used in airport operations. The role demands a high level of attention to detail, strict adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work under tight schedules to ensure timely aircraft ground operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment and vehicles within the permitted classes safely and efficiently
• Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment, report any malfunctions or damages immediately to supervisor
• Preform Foreign Object Debris (FOD) walk on aircraft parking stand
• Perform manual marshalling or operate Aircraft Docking Guidance System (ADGS) at aircraft parking stands
• Place and remove aircraft wheel chocks and safety cones based on airlines’ requirement
• Ensure that all vehicles and equipment are free of Foreign Object Debris (FOD)
• Perform general loading and unloading operations, ensuring proper handling and placement to avoid damage.
• Perform duty on docking and withdrawing of Passenger Loading Bridge (PLB)

1. Conduct daily rounds to RLAs under the supervision of the Counsellor and in consultation with Nursing Staff to determine which staff and residents are more seriously ill, discouraged or in need.

3. Conduct Resident Intake Assessment under the supervision of Counsellor and present appropriate findings at Multi Discipline Meeting (MDM) or Resident Care Plan Meeting.
