Job Description

As a Workshop Engineer, the main role will be conducted within an office-based position at Fugro in Singapore office. He will serve as the primary support contact for the mechanical aspects of all mobile / fixed drilling equipment. He will play a pivotal role in the planning and budgeting for preventive maintenance and upgrades which will include liaising between many internal and external departments. About You
The Workshop Engineer will be a qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineer with a detailed operational and maintenance knowledge of static & rotating mechanical (including high pressure hydraulic & Pneumatic) systems. He would have a minimum 8 years of hands-on experience on servicing hydraulic and mechanical equipment used in Marine & Offshore industry, of which minimum 3 years of experience is working on hydraulic equipment used on offshore facilities such as MODU’s, Rigs. The role is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Offshore Geotechnical drilling and Geophysical mechanical equipment’s maintenance. The role supports operational sites (vessels with hydraulic and mechanical equipment) with advice and direction whilst maximising the availability of plant and equipment through maintenance-based planning and organisation.

As a Head of Allied Health, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Drive client care and service excellence in Allied Health

• Oversee the establishment and updating of practice guidelines for the respective AHP disciplines, in line with emerging evidence-based trends and industry best practices. This includes the development and implementation of new services, assessment techniques and intervention strategies.
• Design quality improvement projects to improve client care and clinical services at the organisation and/or department level
• Guide the holistic management of client care and complex cases taking into consideration multi-disciplinary perspectives

• Develop and upkeep implementation frameworks for professional standards, legal and ethical practices

Administration

• Plan for the work of the Allied Health Departments, including ensuring sufficient manpower resources to meet workload are recruited or purchased through service contracts in a timely manner.
• Ensure that administration duties relevant to the work of the AHP departments (e.g. preparation and submission of required reports, updating of policies and work procedures, managing staffing schedules and leave approvals) are performed with quality and in a timely manner.

Job Purpose

The successful incumbent will assist the Assistant Director (Programme)/ Lead Case Manager in the execution and oversight of the programming aspect for Residents emplaced at the HWH and ensure that all programmes carried out are in line with the philosophy of the HWH as well as its mission, vision and core values

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Director (Programme) / Lead Case Manager to deliver relevant rehabilitation and reintegration programmes to ensure that Residents are kept meaningfully engaged during their stay at the HWH.
• Monitor and maintain programme integrity so as to ensure that programmes/sessions are delivered to achieve the best intended outcome.
• Provide case management to Residents assigned under their care. This includes assisting Residents in working out their needs and providing timely and relevant Information & Referral (I&R) to link Residents and their families to appropriate services and assistance.
• Discuss and work with Residents on their accommodation, conduct and employment matters during HWH phase. This includes conducting home visits (when applicable), job site visits and monthly employment checks with employers to follow up on the Residents’ performance at work.
