We are looking for a proven technical leader for this very strategic management role.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain of machinery & facility maintenance records for traceability needs
• Maintaining of air conditioning, electric power, plumbing and lighting system, cleaning, decoration, grounds, building keeping and security of building surroundings.
• Responsible in overseeing all aspects of safety to ensure compliance to the Workplace and Health Act and other safety related statutory legislations.
• Conducting audits in facilities on relevant risks and support and work with facilities to mitigate these risks.
• Maintaining comprehensive records and reports on safety and environment management activities.

Requirements:

Key responsibilities:

Summary

The Ramp Agent, is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a variety of Ground Support Equipment. Summary

The Resource Allocator is responsible for maximizing the utilization of resources and providing the dynamic resource allocation plan to the Operational shift in-charge, by optimally allocating the key operational resources (including manpower and equipment).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accountable for ensuring that the allocation of resources is undertaken independently, without prejudice, and in-line with the planned business needs, the dynamic real-time operational demands, and the unscheduled customer requirements; whilst achieving the targeted levels of the current Service Level Agreements

a) Oversee CSR and SA team to ensure AOG support, order fulfilment towards customers’ service for satisfaction.

b) Responsible for daily customer support and service for purpose of MRO sales related matters to meet the Sales Repair target plan including account management, preparation of proposal, quoting, payment matters, liaison and fulfilling sales & repair orders.

c) Handling of warranty claims and manage customers’ complaints with the team.

k) Follow up on delivery schedule for sales orders and repairs status with Workshop / Supply Chain/ Planner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide Spirituality Care to Staff, Residents and their families in accordance with The Salvation Army and Peacehaven Nursing Home mission, values and philosophy, and with respect to the Resident's professed faith.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct daily rounds to RLAs under the supervision of the Counsellor and in consultation with Nursing Staff to determine which staff and residents are more seriously ill, discouraged or in need.
2. Be available on call as needed to support staff, residents and families.
3. Conduct Resident Intake Assessment under the supervision of Counsellor and present appropriate findings at Multi Discipline Meeting (MDM) or Resident Care Plan Meeting.
4. Participate in Resident-Family Case Conferences and Care Plan meetings as required.
5. Coordinate arrangements for the administering of Religious Support, upon request by family members or residents.
6. Coordinate regular Spirituality Session under the supervision of Counsellor for the staff, residents, residents' families and members of the public as appropriate.
7. Prepare and conduct funeral services, under the supervision of Counsellor, as needed and agreed by families according to guidelines of the Family/Peacehaven responsibility directive and as coordinated with the Spirituality Team.
8. Work in conjunction with Spirituality Team to identify and solve non-nursing, resident issues.
9. Provide appropriate Religious and Spirituality Support for Peacehaven staff to help them cope with issues such as working with dementia, death and grief.
10. Organize and participate in staff welfare and other events and duties.

Diploma in any discipline.

The Ramp Agent, is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a variety of Ground Support Equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, Tow Tractor, Belt Loader, Transporter, ULD Loader, Passenger Steps, Ambulift, Main Deck Loader and other specialized equipment used in airport operations.
