UWCSEA is seeking Deputy Director of Residential Life to join us in April 2025. Candidates who are available from August 2025 will also be considered.

We are currently seeking a Deputy Director of Residential Life - Dover Campus. The Deputy Director of Residential Life (Campus) oversees operational and pastoral matters for the campus boarding community, reporting to the Director of Residential Life (College) and Head of Campus on each campus. They will maintain and enhance our strong and supportive residential culture of 190 students (Dover) from grades 8 to 12, leading a campus team of residential houseparents, non-residential assistant houseparents and boarding support staff.
