The Role

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum planning and assessment:

• Use data from formative and summative assessments to look at standards achieved within the subject and identify areas for further development.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Customer Service within automotive aftermarket or SAAS industry, experience in a similar industry is an added advantage;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Responsibilities

- Perform bookkeeping to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and manage budgets, financial models, cash flow management, and revenue forecasts to support strategic planning and ensure financial health.
- Analyze financial data from cryptocurrencies and DeFi protocols to support decision-making and ensure accurate reporting.
- Prepare and manage financial reports, including operational and financial performance metrics.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and ensure compliance with financial procedures and timelines.
- Prepare comprehensive financial dashboards and presentations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Assist in evaluating and aligning partnerships by providing financial analysis and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role, preferably in technology, cryptocurrency, or DeFi industries.
- Experience working in a big accounting firm is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience with preparing and managing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping and cash flow management.
- Experience with invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

• Day to day operations of the cafe.
• Perform Barista duties (Experienced in latte art), Ice blended and other tea drinks.
• Maintain safe working conditions, ensure hygiene regulations and upkeep of cafe cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory levels (Coffee bean supply, Milk, Cakes & etc) to ensure product availability.
• Assist Managers in ensuring smooth daily operation of the cafe.
• Responsible for offering a friendly and efficient services to all guests and attending to customers' needs, complaints and enquiries.
• Basic cashier duties.
• Preparation of Waffles and Pastries.
