· Drive sales performance of the e-commerce platform

· Manage and execute promotional campaigns & activities

· Provide insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection, mechanics and identify assortment gaps

· Ensure good customer service by addressing and timely resolution of customer issues or comments

· Work closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment

· Provide analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance

· Analyse sales performance by store, by brand & by sku to improve space productivity

· Other ad hoc activities to support the business that the management deemed necessary to grow the business

· Design of category & promotion banners to support campaigns

· Work closely with E-commerce partners to ensure brand performance

Responsibilities:
- Receive biological samples from customers for NGS Sequencing.
- Prepare sequencing libraries, perform quality assessment and perform sequencing runs.
- Analyze sequencing data and report results in a timely manner.
- Assist in ensuring proper documentation of all processes including report of sequencing services conducted.
- Interact with bioinformaticians and evaluate bioinformatics output.
- Maintain lab equipment & documentation in accordance with quality requirements of ISO and CAP accreditation standards.
- Other ad-hoc projects as required by the superiors.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Biology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, or related fields.
- Hands on NGS experience is highly desirable.
- Familiar with real time PCR, bioanalyzer, sequencing assays.
- Possess strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Dedicated, down-to-earth, able to independently complete experimental work, with good teamwork spirit and communication skills.

• Roles:
• Preparation and drafting of detailed shop drawings and as-built project drawings in AutoCAD/Revit/BIM
• Study architectural/structural drawings and assist in quantity kick-off
• Construct layout and Preliminary Design Sketches
• Assist in structural drafting, schematic drawings and fabrication drawings
• Assist Engineer/Project Coordinator/Project Manager/Co-drafter in other ad-hoc duties assigned.
• Provide fire safety engineering services to clients
• Prepare fire safety engineering reports, calculations, technical / tender specifications, fire plans etc
• Attend meeting with client, design team and relevant authorities

• Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree ITE/Diploma certificate in Fire Safety Engineering, Engineering (Mechanical), Aeronautical or equivalent. Civil / Chemical engineering graduate is also welcome.
• Required Skill(s): 2-3 years experience or more in AutoCAD drafting/BIM/Revit software,
• At least 0- 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.

• Pick up and deliver items to office / restaurant outlet or other specified locations
• Ensure timely transport of passengers or goods to designated locations while following schedules or routes.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is in good working condition (e.g., checking tires, fuel, oil, brakes, and lights). Report any vehicle issues to management.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods, ensuring items are handled and secured properly.
• Follow all safety protocols and comply with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., hours of service, vehicle weight limits).
