1. Perform daily periodic checks of Central Kitchen to ensure compliance to in-house GMP/GHP standards, SOP, Product Specifications, etc.

2. Conduct random checks on incoming raw materials, and perform product cutting on raw materials to ensure goods received are within in-house specifications.

3. Ensure Process Verification and Validation exercise are completed (i.e. SOP/CCP verification, new product launch process observation, monthly facility checks, monthly traceability exercise, finished goods shelf-life verification, etc.)

4. Conduct investigations on product/process non-conformance (on-line and customer complaints) and follow-up on proposed corrective/preventive measures to ensure effectiveness.

5. Promptly follow-up with contractors (chemical/pest control) during routine servicing to ensure work orders are conducted as per contract.

6. Participate and engage in quality system implementation (audit activities by regulatory/certification bodies and customers).

7. Conduct data/trend analysis on non-conformity of raw material/finished goods, pest reporting statistics, monthly production and facility check statistics, etc. for process and quality improvement.

8. Ensure analysis of food products via microbiological and physical testing, calibration of lab equipment and measurement tools, internal sensory evaluation are conducted as per schedule.

9. Report all non-conformances, discrepancies and/or deviations, and follow-up on the investigation of the non-conformity results.

10. Other projects as assigned.

Your Role:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Co-manage and produce content for 99.co social media channels.
• Ideating and conceptualising new and engaging content to engage with our audience.
• Experimenting with different tools and themes, and challenging the boundaries of content to build something exciting for the social media world.
• Posting of content across all social platforms.
• Working with the Team Lead to track and report analytics from our social channels to gauge the success of our campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication or a related field is a plus
• Ability to commit for a 6-month period from January to June 2025 is preferred
• Excellent knowledge and exposure to different social media platforms and content types (posts, videos, reels, stories, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers
• Handle phone calls and emails
• Schedule and coordinate with Customers and Technicians for service appointments and follow ups
• Handle customer complaints timely and follow up with department in charge to provide appropriate solutions and/or alternatives. Follow up to ensure closure
• Communicate effectively, maintain and establish close rapport with customers
• Creating contracts and service documents
• Check and compile service reports before sending to customers
• Prepare invoices accurately prior to send out to customers
• Perform all other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science-related discipline
• At least 7 years of work experience in a relevant role, with demonstrated prior experience in leading engineers in delivery end-to-end product development projects
• Demonstrate expertise in modern C++ and multithreading concepts, along with fundamental knowledge of Linux and Python / Bash scripting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot the most challenging technical issues effectively.
• Demonstrate a self-starting attitude with a strong desire to learn and an action-oriented approach
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
