Summary:

Support Risk and Control function for Information and Technology

Cyber Risk Management operations.

Contract Duration - 12 Months renewable

• Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in IT cyber security risk management and implementation.
• Proficient with professional industry knowledge and experience in Information, Technology Risk, Cyber Security risk management, and frameworks (e.g. NIST, COBIT, ITIL etc.).
• Experience in performing IT risk assessments, vendor risk assessments, audit and operational risk issues management, and recommending appropriate remediations for in-house developed applications, commercial off the shelf products and Cloud services/platforms.
• Experience in conducting regular awareness trainings for staff on cyber, information and technology risks (including policies, standards and relevant topics), periodically publishing security awareness articles and email phishing simulation campaigns etc.
• Strong influential, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Good to Have:

Preferably with IT security certification (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CCSK, CGEIT)

In this role you will be accountable for:

• Design and conduct bench-scale test and pilot testing related to the company's separation process technology. Some tests may required rotating shift schedule.
• Develop and review validation protocols for bench-scale test and pilot testing
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies identified during bench-scale test and pilot testing
• Collaborate with process engineers to develop new technologies and improve existing ones
• Work with the sales team to develop commercialization strategies for new technologies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to separation processes

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Degree in Chemical engineering, Biochemical engineering, Environmental engineering or related fields
• 2 to 5 years of analytical testing experience in pharmaceutical, petrochemical or flavor and fragrance environment.
• Knowledge of separation processes such as distillation, liquid-Liquid extraction, and crystallization.
• Experience designing and conducting bench-scale tests and pilot testing, as well as experience developing and reviewing validation protocols is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge and experience in analytical chemistry, including experience with various analytical equipment is an advantage.
• Awareness for safe handling of chemicals, potentially dangerous materials and equipment.

· Responsible for managing and directing specific projects and programs throughout Flextronics

· Ensure Contract and service agreement requirements are adhered to by both Flex and the Customer

· Ensure that operations and the customer work within the bounds of the contract or service agreement.

· Manage the process to set and reset Customer Expectations ensuring there is clear alignment between the internal operations group and the customer.

· Work to ensure ‘ease of doing businesses between Flex and our customers

· Responsible for management of customer satisfaction, the Viewpoint Relationship survey collection and related reviews and corrective actions.

· Reviews high-level program reports and presentations for management, customers and others.

· Coordinates program activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.

· Participates in Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis, responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.

· Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.

Job Scope:

- Cut tiles and shape them properly to ensure they fit around obstacles and in tight

- Surface preparation work (eg removing old grout and cement and cleaning and levelling surfaces)

- Laying tiles in accordance with tiling plan

- Align tiles and straighten them with straightedges, levels and squares to ensure patterns are even and precise

- Cut, install, polish and surface granite and marble and ensure accuracy during the installation process for lasting results

- Prepare various surfaces for tiling with waterproofing material or lath and by cleaning the surfaces properly

Requirements:

- Willingness work in non-climate-controlled conditions ( heat, cold, outdoors)

- Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment

- Willingness to work overtime
