RESPONSIBILITIES

Weekly Editorial

• Manage website and social media accounts, including content upload and eNewsletter preparation.
• Email eNewsletter to subscribers and advertisers.
• Compile performance metrics (Eg. Engagement rates, click-through rates, etc) for each article and media, for management analysis and decision-making.

Regular Campaigns

• Implement sales and marketing campaigns over website, social media and email.
• Compile campaign performance metrics (Eg. Engagement rates, click-through rates, etc) for management analysis and decision-making.

General

• Stay on top of milestones and deadlines for above-mentioned activities.
• Work closely with editorial team and sales team to ensure smooth and timely channelling of content and information, so as to meet deadlines.
• Conduct ad hoc market research and competitor analysis, as and when required.

WORK HOURS

Full-time; 5-day work week (Mon – Fri).

• 2 days in office.
• 3 days flexi / remote, but subject to ad hoc need to be in office.

Job Summary

The Lead Salesforce Architect role will be responsible for building and mentorship of a multi-skilled Salesforce team as well as design and implementing Salesforce solutions for our customers that follow best practices in both IT and Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage robust teams of Salesforce.com delivery team members, including BAs, Tech Leads, Architects, Developers & QA
• Perform project and program management activities, including project financials.
• Liaise and manage collaboration between horizontals to bring in synergies and ensure successful delivery
• Take accountability of delivery of work packages to customer facing project teams, ensuring packages are delivered on time and with quality
• Ensure for all projects, each Apex method developed has an equivalent test method with at least one valid unit test (using an assertion)
• Ensure total test coverage within QA and higher environments is at least 85%
• Ensure all code is peer-reviewed against Cognizant development standards prior to deployment to QA
• Maintain and publish Salesforce development standards to broader technical teams on a quarterly basis

Requirements

• Extensive years of experience in handling large delivery engagements with a strong experience in managing SFDC programs
• Deep knowledge and expertise across the Salesforce.com platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.), including experience delivering complex SFDC solutions
• Has delivered multiple full end-to-end Salesforce.com implementations/projects, especially including highly integrated/complex ecosystems. Understands how to deliver capabilities on Salesforce AppExchange products

The individual will be responsible for leading and overseeing subcontracting and procurement operations for large-scale construction and engineering projects in Singapore. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in cost control, contract management, and vendor negotiations, demonstrating a proven ability to navigate complex contractual and procurement processes within Infrastructure and Oil & Gas EPC projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the subcontracting process throughout both the bidding and execution phases, which includes the preparation and review of inquiry packages and contract documents.

• Deliver concise and clear summaries of tasks, outlining the progress of all activities.

• Ensure that reports and the master work plan are updated prior to escalating any critical issues or risks related to subcontract management.

• Negotiate and finalize contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and adherence to project timelines.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the client's contract requirements, including JGC responsibilities, and effectively integrate these details into project subcontract strategies, plans, and procedures.

• Manage project cost control measures, monitor budget compliance, and identify potential risks associated with cost overruns.

• Oversee payment processing, including invoice verification and milestone progress checks for subcontractors.

• Facilitate the change management process, including the evaluation and implementation of change orders.

• Manage multiple subcontracts in the field, serving as a liaison between the home office and the client’s organization, where applicable. Key Requirements
