As a Global Procurement Category Manager at Micron, you will develop and execute a holistic sourcing and management strategy for a specific category of spend and lead a team dedicated to this category. Job Description: Semiconductor Process Integration Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly-skilled Process Integration Engineer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and deliver advanced process modules with our partner foundry facilities for optoelectronic integrated circuits (ICs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor process technology and a proven track record of working effectively with external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Development: You will join an existing team to design and develop semiconductor process flows to for a proprietary CMOS + III-V monolithic integration platform. You will integrate various process modules into a cohesive manufacturing process, optimizing for performance, yield, and reliability.

2. Collaboration with Fab Partners: You will be responsible for management of projects under your purview with one or more fab partners, including aspects such as budgeting, schedule and resource planning.
