• Interface customer with respect to NPR, ECN, and FCS launch management
• Prepare samples for customer review/approval
• Prepare and participate in customer audit on new SKUs or artwork
• Create BOM structure for all new product release from sketch and maintain item, BOM, ECN and void in customer's SAP as per customer requirements

3. Report and Masterlist Tracking

• Ensure FAA Tracking List and BOM masterlist are well maintained
• Prepare launch tracking report
• Prepare QBR data on relevant sections
• Prepare weekly/ monthly reports as requested by customers and management

4. Order Processing

• Acknowledge and process sales orders, coordinate with various departments and related parties to fulfil order
• Prepares samples, price estimates and quotations within customer’s expectations and timeframe
• Creates work orders for production and replacement work orders if necessary
• Ensure prompt billing of invoices and assist in overdue payment collection
• Manage customer’s product content effectively

5. Material Planning

• Plan and make purchase requisition for necessary materials to ensure materials availability in meeting production needs while minimizing inventory holding/costs
• Manages inventory level for raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods
• Analyse order trends and prepare forecast schedule to material planner

6. Productivity and Innovation

• Identify potential improvement initiatives
• Implement feasible improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness, efficiency and/or economy

NUHS Regional Health System Office works with internal stakeholders and community partners to develop and implement initiatives to improve population health and promote preventive health. The incumbent will be responsible to drive precinct planning efforts to support the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives to enhance the delivery of community care and improve population health in the Western Region. This is to be achieved in close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders and partners.

Job Responsibilities

1. Track progress of Healthy Precinct projects for Western Region, including translation of strategies to implementation plans with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Develop Healthy Precinct framework elements through close collaboration with respective leads, leading to successful conceptualisation and implementation of elements in the community.
3. Lead in development of Healthy Precincts with internal and external stakeholders; provide data insights and analysis to support implementation of Community Health Plans.
4. Conceptualise and manage pilot projects with internal and community stakeholders to enhance the health ecosystem in the precinct.
5. Undertake any other strategic projects, which may involve working with other departments in RHSO-Ops or other divisions/agencies, including leading and driving Secretariat work for various workgroups.

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• At least 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in the Singapore healthcare system and/or knowledge of integrated care models will be advantageous

Roles & Responsibilities

Job description:

• Responsible for day to day Operations and administration on network & security infrastructure
• Responsible for firewall security appliances, routers and switches particularly trouble shooting and/or debugging network related problems.
• Perform support, configuration and maintenance of network equipment and network operating System
• Perform basic Linux administration and able to configure, manage network application.
• Handle network projects and identify any missing components in the infrastructure and support future demands on the network infrastructure.
• Good Knowledge troubleshooting, problem identification, problem resolution and/or resolution recommendation activities
• Must have experience in managing of Checkpoint firewall, Extreme, HPE, Cisco, Aruba Switches.
• Work with vendors to deliver the project scope and meeting project deadlines
• Proactively monitor network performance, ensuring high network availability and smooth operations
• Involve in Network and IT audit and adhere to security compliance and governance.
• Perform evaluation, proof of concept and provide recommendations.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or equivalent.
• Must be CCNA certified, CCNP preferred.
• Working knowledge plus at least a year’s experience in networking technologies like Structured Cabling, WAN, LAN, VPN, Network Security, Wireless, iBGP, eBGP, Routing Protocol, OSFP etc.
• Hands on experience in implementing, administering and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, including cisco, Brocade routers, Dell enterprise and cisco switches, network firewall, IPS, SIEM, vulnerability assessment and monitoring tools.
• Experience in IPv6 and Data Centre operations an advantage.
• Familiarity with Linux (as a user and system), container technology, security concepts, project management and ITIL processes will be added bonuses.
• Familiar with Dense wavelength division multiplexing DWDM) is a plus.
• Familiar with basic Linux administration is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Solutions team to understand systems design
• Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of network devices and AD server / management server on-site
• Assist Project Managers and Engineers to prepare systems related diagram for the project implementation
• Ensure systems design conforms to contract and technical requirements
• Engage with back line support and/or with vendor’s support to diagnose and rectify technical problems to effectively resolve project implementation issues
• Attend to preventive and corrective maintenance to backend system
• Ensure all work activities comply with the company’s safe work procedures

Competence (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

• Skills in relating to and servicing the customers with a win-win mind set
• Skills in troubleshooting technical problems related to servers, routers, switches, and IoT devices.
• Good knowledge of the security and surveillance solutions landscape and industry trends
• Knowledge on Microsoft Clustering, Active Directory, Agent VI, Milestone, VMware and IT Security is required
• Knowledge of CentOS, Ubuntu, VMware (ESXi), Firewall, Networking, and Windows Server OS
• Proficient in Active Directory, Certificate Services, Virtualization technology, and cyber security is required
• Skills in planning and scheduling
• Professional Certificate in MCSE and CISSP would be an advantage

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Computer Engineering or related discipline
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity
• Experience in installation on Server / Client configuration, Network Storage and IT Network
