About the role

Main support for field service engineers and business administrators both in SAP CRM and ECC, along with web-based applications. Attend field service business operations and strategic planning meetings to gain insight to issues and future needs. Work closely with field service business to determine business requirements and write functional requirement specifications in an appropriate level of detail.

A SAP CRM and ECC Systems Analyst with experience working with technical teams, configuration and tables. Solid experience in leading and conducting requirements gathering sessions with end customer. Own and perform integration testing and lead User Testing and identify resulting gaps.

The Operator is required to perform soldering of PCB, electronics and wiring harness etc.

The Operator must have a solid understanding of electronic components and PCB, soldering processes including through-hole and surface mount soldering/rework and ability to work and solder under microscope for long hours (minimum 8 hrs).

The Operator must also have knowledge of conformal coating processes, such as application methods of spray/manual brushing process.

The Operator must be able to work under cleanroom environment, with donning of ESD apparels such as smock, shoes, hairnet, mask.

The working hours are as follows:
