Autodesk is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Senior Engineering Manager to join our Autodesk IAM Platform team. The Autodesk IAM platform is central to ensuring secure, seamless, and scalable access management across our suite of 150+ Autodesk desktop, mobile, web applications, and smart devices. This platform plays a critical role in managing authentication, authorization, user profiles, and entitlements, serving millions of customers daily and empowering a growing ecosystem of third-party developers and smart devices.

As a Senior Manager of Software Engineering, you will lead and oversee multiple teams of engineers dedicated to advancing our IAM platform. Minimum Qualifications

• BS/MS in engineering, computer science, or equivalent industry experience
• 15+ years of relevant industry experience, with 7+ years of hands-on technical leadership and 7+ years of experience managing development teams
• Previously managed teams of engineers with ownership of high scale, production systems
• Experienced in one or more of the tech stacks and tools that includes AWS, Golang, C#, Python, Java etc
• Experienced in creating telemetry for the service using Splunk, New Relic, Datadog or their equivalents
• Skilled in big picture thinking and a willingness to learn and dive into unfamiliar systems and resolve complex and ambiguous issues both from a business and technical perspective
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile development environments, with a focus on iterative improvement and flexibility
• Proven ability to define and drive the technical vision and strategic direction for complex platforms
• Proven track record of leading large engineering teams with a focus on cloud-based services

Key Responsibilities: Take customers’ orders in a hotpot restaurant, answering questions on meal items if needed, making food recommendations if requested. Serve the food and beverages efficiently. 1. Preparing and Serving Beverages

• Make a variety of coffee drinks like espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty drinks.
• Prepare non-coffee beverages, such as tea, smoothies, or cold drinks.
• Ensure consistency in the quality and presentation of drinks.

2. Customer Service

• Greet customers, take their orders, and answer any questions about the menu.
• Provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints politely.

3. Operating Equipment

• Use espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and effectively.
• Regularly clean and maintain machines to ensure functionality.

4. Cash Handling

• Operate the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system, including taking payments and giving receipts.
• Manage cash, card, and digital transactions accurately.

5. Stock Management

• Monitor inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Refill and restock items as needed.
• Inform the manager when stock needs to be reordered.

6. Cleaning and Hygiene

• Maintain a clean workstation, including countertops, machines, and customer areas.
• Wash dishes, mugs, and utensils regularly.
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols, especially for food handling and sanitation.

7. Teamwork and Collaboration

• Work with other baristas and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently during busy periods to serve customers quickly.

8. Upselling and Promotions

• Inform customers about daily specials, new drinks, or seasonal promotions.
• Upsell items like pastries, snacks, or merchandise to boost sales.

• Good understanding of North Indian Food including chaats (savoury snacks) and ability to explain to customers traditional Indian food on the menu.
• Good Knowledge in Tandoor & Curry Ingredients so can explain to customers.
• Always greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.
• Always thank and give a fond farewell to guests conveying anticipation for their next visit.
• Assist guests with table reservations.
• Assist guests while seating.
• Ensure guests are serviced within the specified time.
• Has a good knowledge of menu and presentation standards.
• General knowledge about food allergies, dietary restrictions, and common brands of beverages to ensure smooth recommendations to gusts.
• Speak with guests and staff using clear and professional language, and answer phone calls using appropriate telephone etiquette.
• Maintain the utmost cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
• Train new joiners in the team
• Manage updated inventory of all products to ensure smooth operations.
• Prior exposure to leadership training programs is preferred, a combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative.

Requirements:

The candidate is part of the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) project and operation team. He/she will be reporting to the DLP Lead and be assigned with project and operational work and responsibilities which includes but not limited to, processing requests, investigate operational issues and facilitate security investigation by providing the necessary information in accordance with approved policy and procedures as well as process improvement.

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• At least 8 years of experience in IT Incident Management, DLP Operations or SOC
