Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reacts to security breaches to mitigate immediate and potential threats.
• Uses mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery approaches to minimize business disruptions and commercial consequences.
• Supports investigation and analysis response activities and evaluate the effectiveness of and improvements to existing practices.
• Conducts regular threat and vulnerability assessments and determine deviations from acceptable configurations or policies.
• Assesses the level of risk and support the development of appropriate mitigation countermeasures in operational and non-operational situations.
• Collects, processes, preserves, analyzes, and presents digital-related evidence to support network vulnerability mitigation and/or civil, workplace, counterintelligence, or law enforcement (e.g., criminal, fraud) investigations.
• Applies tactics, techniques, and procedures to a full range of tools and processes related to administrative, criminal, and counterintelligence gathering (e.g., in-depth case analyses, continuous monitoring, malware analysis, clear documentation).
• Proactively searches through our critical infrastructure, systems and networks to detect and isolate advanced threats that may cause harm to our organization.
• Uses both manual approaches and automated tools to identify, analyze, and report events and support the development of countermeasures to proactively protect against these threats in the future.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Industry relevant certifications such as GCIH, GCFA, CISSP, CISM, CEH, GSEC or CompTIA Security+ essential.

Required Experience:

• Advanced level of experience in the Information Technology Security Industry or relevant experience in similar role within a related environment.
• Advanced experience with security architecture design principles.
• Advanced experience with industry compliance and standards such as ISO 27000, PCI DSS, NIST, HIPAA or others.
• Advanced experience with security tools and techniques to cover SANS Top 25, OWASP or others.
• Advanced experience working in a multi-team environment across multiple geographies.

Job Descriptions:

1. Management reports:

• Prepare monthly trial balance and balance sheet schedules,
• Prepare monthly and quarterly projects’ reports, ie. Payable, Receivable, and cash flow,
• Prepare monthly office cash flow and analyse cash flow balance fluctuation,
• Monitor prepayment schedules and prepare amortisation slips.

2. Review projects payment, receipt and journal slips.

3. Support yearly financial audit, mainly in preparing audit schedules to the external auditors and attending auditors’ queries. Audit schedules, for instance, but not limited to accounts receivable, prepayments, other assets, completed project listing and leases.

4. Assist in a joint venture entity (JV) accounts and GST:

• Prepare GST and file GST returns to IRAS,
• Support JV entity and JV partner’s yearly financial audit, mainly in preparing audit schedules to the external auditors and attending auditors’ queries,
• Placement of time deposit, and
• Renew of business registration with ACRA before expiry date.

5. Support Head Office accounting request as and when.

6. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent.
• To have basic knowledge on Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST.
• Preferable to have at least 3 years similar industry experience.
• Analytical thinking, able to work with minimal supervision.

Community Outreach Team (CREST), serves as a community safety network for people with or at-risk of mental health conditions, including dementia, and their caregivers. CREST conducts outreach events to increase mental health awareness and targeted case finding to identify those with mental health needs.

CREST works with clients aged 18 years and above.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Group Supervisor, the Programme Coordinator/Social Work Associate works closely with the team to serve clients and caregivers.

• Assist to plan, coordinate and execute outreach activities to educate the public, seniors and partner stakeholders on dementia and mental health awareness.
• Assessment and review information and referral service and monitoring of clients with mental health needs, and dementia.
• Networking with community partners.

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma required for Program Coordinators. Diploma in Social Work will be preferred for Social Work Associates.
