Job Description:

The candidate needs to research and develop cutting-edge multimodal (speech-text) foundation model, define, develop novel deep learning techniques to achieve and advance SOTA accuracy with real-time performance. The candidate will have to collaborate with other research scientists and engineers to apply the foundation model for identified use cases. Strong problem solving, coding, effective communication, and collaborative teamwork is required.

Job Requirement:

· PhD in ML, NLP, speech and spoken language processing and multi-modal AI

· Proficient programming skills, familiarity with Linux is a must

· Familiar with different deep learning and LLM training frameworks

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to replicate and reproduce state-of-the-art models and results, and then innovate on top of these benchmarks

We are looking for a forward-thinking Physiotherapist to play a key role in revolutionising patient care within our Hospital-at-Home program. This flexible role, available as full or part-time, allows you to practice at the top of your license, leveraging your expertise in physiotherapy to make an impact on patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage patients referred for physiotherapy independently and implement appropriate treatment plans.
• Report to referring doctor and other members of the medical team.
• Document patient physiotherapy records accurately.
• Charge patients accurately.
• Comply with clinical and service standards.
• Practise within areas of professional competence and seek clinical support from supervisor / other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
• Collaborate with other healthcare members and participate in case conferences.
• Assist and/or co-lead in projects and activities which supports the goals of the department and organisation at department or institution level.
• Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
• Manage and oversee therapy equipment inventory.
• Contribute to departmental in-service training programmes, home hospital educational talks and external talks/ workshops/ forums/ seminars
• Contribute to development and implementation of protocols and guidelines that will shape the future of hospital-at-home care at NUHS
• Review and update of clinical protocols and SOPs
• Assist in developing, promoting /marketing clinical services
• Assist in the induction of new physiotherapists.

Requirements:

• Full AHPC registration
• Recognised Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience

• Deliver comprehensive operational support to YouTube partners via email communication.
• Consult with cross-functional teams to optimize YouTube products and services and collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers and Partner Technology Managers to develop partner-centric business plans and growth strategies.
• Proactively drive, measure, and analyze partner performance, identifying opportunities for operational workflow optimization and process improvement.
• Utilize key metrics to assess data through both quantitative and qualitative analysis, generating actionable insights.
• Contribute to the scalability of Partner Operations team through innovative solutions, efficiency gains, and thorough root cause analysis.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
• Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently in order to engage with the local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in project/program management or developing scalable solutions within the technology or media industry.
• Experience with the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem in Korea.
