About ASEF Communications Department (COM)

COM promotes Asia-Europe cooperation by raising awareness and knowledge about ASEF, ASEM and Asia-Europe relations. • Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in washing and polishing automobiles and performing related services in automatic car wash: Inventories supplies, such as detergents, brushes, and tire-blacking compound.

• Quotes prices to customers desiring such services as automobile waxing and polishing.

• Accepts payment and makes change.

• Supervises personnel engaged in polishing and washing automobiles or parts of vehicles not washed by automatic mechanism.

• Inspects equipment for wear and arranges for repair or replacement as necessary.

• Resolves customer complaints.

• Keeps records of daily receipts, employee time and wage data, and supplies used.

• May participate in washing, polishing, and performance of other services during peak periods

Salary: Up to $2,900

Location: Currently at Pasir Panjang, relocating to Tai Seng at the end of December 2024

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance support to clientele, ensuring SLA commitments and requirements are met.
• Attend to incident calls and allocate tasks from the Helpdesk Team.
• Troubleshoot printers and projectors.

• Manage the overall administration of Power Platform (including but not limited to Power Apps and Power Automate)

• Help guide teams to effective use of Power Platform

· Assist the Project Manager to identify and assess risks arising from the workplace.

· To support and implement Safety Management System at workplace/project sites and other WSH-related initiatives.

· Manage workers' training on safe work practices and Safety Induction Course.

· Maintain and monitor safety records and checklists.

· Prepare and review Permit to Work Systems together with relevant checklists.

· Prepare and review Risk Assessment/SWP/MS for projects and maintenance works.

· Conduct daily toolbox meetings to highlight safety issues.

· Supervise and attend to all issues related to workplace safety, health and environmental control.

· Other duties may be assigned on a need basis.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of relevant Safety Coordination Work experience in construction industry

· Candidate must possess relevant certificates (E.g:WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B/WSH Coordinator).

· Additional certificates related to safety are preferable such as Lifting Supervisor Safety Course, WAH Supervisor Course, Occupational First Aid Course etc

· Attend to day-to-day needs of office

· Checking & follow-up on delivery & proper submission of supporting documents and endorsement by staff for
