• Taking the lead in building and managing relationships with the learners, making sure that customers are taken care of and have their needs met. Not afraid of receiving negative feedback.
• To be accountable for managing the facilities, resources and equipment in the centre.
• Establish open communication and mentor the newer team members, resolve conflicts, and promote teamwork.
• Set clear expectations, collect feedback, and give due recognition to trainers and new team members.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in any discipline
• Min. 2 years experience in the industry. Preferably with good upselling techniques and centre ops experience
• Proficient in sales and customer relationship management skills
• Part timers commitment period must be minimum 3 days and weekends inclusive.
