Job Description
• Develop detailed plans to expand and grow the customer network
• Provide consultation on product information, investment programs, and residency options that suit customer needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they have the best service experience.
• Perform tasks using the CRM management software and prepare related reports.
• Collaborate with other specialized departments to support and process customer files promptly, optimally, and effectively.
• Participate in supporting and organizing seminars and events held periodically by the company.
Job Requirements
• Hold a college or university degree in business administration, international trade, or other related fields.
•Have at least 2 years of experience in product consultation in areas such as immigration, studying abroad, real estate, banking, insurance, or consulting and selling high-value products.
•Ability to identify potential customers and build long-term relationships with them.
•Confident in communication, with strong persuasive and problem-solving skills.
